The Bloomfield Hills office is open Monday and Thursday from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday and  Friday from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Wednesday from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM.  Our Receptionist, Courtney, will greet you at the front desk when you arrive.  Melody, Office Manager, will answer any billing or insurance questions you may have.  Becky, our Medical Assistant, is available to answer any procedure, medical or prep questions.  Our office accepts most major insurance plans.  If you belong to a PPO or HMO, you may need a referral from your Primary Care Physican in order for your insurance to cover your visit with us.  In this case you MUST bring your referral with you at the time of your appointment.  Please ask your Primary Care Physician or insurance carrier about this before your appointment.   Medicare patients, please remember that you must meet your deductible every year before Medicare begins to pay your bills.  New patients, you can avoid a delay in the office by utilizing our on-line new patient form. Our office safeguards you personal health information by complying with HIPAA regulations.
